System's operation
The system would access to the Internet through the Hotel's corporative access, by cable or Wifi.
When starting the equipment, the main menu will appear and the first thing that we will have to do is to introduce the language (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Russian, Catalan, Basque, Galician and Japanese); next, we will get to a unique office in the language that we have chosen.
The system allows carrying out any kind of function (reading/recording) using any kind of external element that would be connected to the computer (such as, external memories, external discs, CDs, DVDs, etc.).
The system will, by no means, allow the use of its disc.
From the Office the only things that we can do is switching the system off or using these functions:
The Internet browser:
It has all the needed functions, without any kind of exclusion, for surfing the Internet.
Messenger:
It allows chatting, in real time, with your friends and family.
Yahoo:
It allows, in real time, chatting with your friends and family.
Skype:
The Internet's most famous IP telephony and long-distance video-call.
Spreadsheet:
A free Shoftware (sun's open office), 95 % compatible to Excel.
Word processor:
A free Shoftware (sun's open office), 95 % compatible to Word.
CD and DVD recorder:
Any kind of card index can be recorded.
DVD viewfinder:
A program for watching DVD films or videos.
Photograph processing:
A free Shoftware that allows working with photographs.
Games:
More than 20 new games with different characteristics, and they are free from any kind of using licence.
